This morning our client ‘Lisa’ was featured on Radio Kent.  Her claim for damages has just been settled for over £2,000,000.  When pregnant with her third child, those treating Lisa, at the QEQM Hospital, Margate, Kent, failed to property heed appearances on her ante-natal scans which were indicative of disability and should have been investigated.  Her son, Reece, was born with profound disabilities subsequently.Continue reading this article

£25,000 recovered for negligent dental treatment.

Our client, a man in his late 50’s from the South East, was a patient at the Defendant’s dental practice for a number of years, but despite attending regularly and having been found to have a number of warning signs over the years (gingivitis, minor tooth mobility, and some bone loss on x-ray), he was not diagnosed with chronic adult periodontitis or given any treatment for that condition, until he complained of significantly loose teeth in July 2011.Continue reading this article
