1st July 2019 – Our client Mrs S from East Kent was under the care of a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon. She decided to have a right total ankle replacement in 2012 because her right ankle was significantly symptomatic and it was interfering with her day to day life.
18th June 2019 – Our client, Ms T, brought a clinical negligence claim as a result of the substandard treatment that she received during the delivery of her first child at the Darent Valley Hospital, near Dartford, Kent on 23.06.2016.

1st June 2019 – Our client Mrs T from Whitstable suffered Deep Vein Thrombosis (“DVT”) shortly after giving birth on 8th July 2013.
28th April’19 – Our client, a 35-year-old woman from Ramsgate, Kent, underwent right knee surgery at the William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) in November 2011.
Subsequently, she developed a post-operative soft tissue infection.
18th April 2019 – Our client, a 42 year old woman from West Sussex, had been suffering with bowel related symptoms for some years when, in 2014, she developed a fistula.
12th April’19 – Our client, CP (aged 31) from Ramsgate, Kent, gave birth to her son, MJ, at Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mother Hospital, Margate on 8th July 2012.

HM Coroner has today reached a conclusion in the Inquest into the death of Eileen McAdie that her death was caused by her being given the wrong medication at Payden’s Pharmacy in New Ash Green and that this amounted to neglect.
