We are pleased to announce that Steevi Henderson started her recognised period of training (training contract) with us on 1st October.
Steevi joined us from national law firm Parabis, in May 2011, and has worked as a Paralegal in our Medical Negligence Department since then.
In September 2013 she began studying her LPC (part time) with financial support from the firm.
She completed her LPC in July 2015 achieving a distinction.
Steevi will continue to work in the medical negligence department but will also undertake mental health and personal injury work during her training period.
Allowing for experience already secured she will qualify as a Solicitor in April 2017.
Steevi commented:
“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have been given by Fairweathers – first with my LPC and now with my training contract.
I have been working towards this moment all my life and am excited to embark upon this new adventure.”
Fairweathers CEO, Nick Fairweather added:
“Steevi thoroughly deserves this. She is hard working, tenacious and popular with clients and is already developing into a first class medical negligence lawyer.
I know how hard it is to study alongside a demanding full time job and Steevi having done this and achieved such an excellent grade is a hugely impressive achievement. I am looking forward to seeing her legal career with us develop and prosper”
