1st July 2022 – We are pleased to report that Nick Fairweather has once again been re – appointed to the Law Society’s Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
Membership of the panel is reserved for true specialists in the area of clinical negligence as assessed by the Law Society Accreditation Office through an exacting initial application and then subsequent ongoing re-accreditation process.
Nick has been a member of the panel continuously since way back in 1999 and we believe that he is the longest standing member in Kent.
He is also a member of the specialist panel scheme operated by AVMA.
Commenting on his being accepted back onto the panel, Nick said:- “It is crucial that in clinical negligence, as in all areas, clients get access to the very best specialist advice and representation available. This has been consistently achieved by the Law Society through their operating this Panel for over more than 3 decades now and I am very proud to have been one of the first solicitors to have been appointed to the panel initially and I am also proud of the fact that both myself and my firm have retained panel membership ever since. This is a true and genuine badge of quality for any patients looking for assistance with potential claims arising from health care negligence”.
