21st July 2026 – We are delighted to report that we have successfully completed our full 3 year Lexcel Practice Management Standard audit with flying colours!
The audit took place remotely on 21 July and our auditor found no areas of major non-compliance and only 5 areas of minor non compliance.
7 areas of good practice were identified in all where the auditor recognised there was either a diligent approach to complying with the Lexcel requirement or where the minimum Lexcel requirement had been exceeded. These include our careful and detailed narratives within our Annual Business Plan, File Reviews, Appraisal documentation and our Register of Experts – all of which demonstrate careful consideration given to every aspect.
Further praise was given to our Financial Management, our recent IT upgrade including Multi Factor Authentication – enhancing our cyber security – and the Firm’s sponsorship of staff members and other participants in the ‘Ride Africa Cycling Challenge’ in November this year.
