Fairweathers’ Diversity & Equality Survey 2015

As a firm regulated by the SRA, we are required to collect, report and publish workforce diversity data about the diversity make-up of our workforce.

The Firm is committed to recruiting, retaining and developing a workforce that reflects at all levels the diverse communities that we serve.  It is important that we monitor and analyse diversity information so that we can ensure that our HR processes are fair, transparent, promote equality of opportunity for all staff, and do not have an adverse impact on any particular group.

Each year, we ask all our staff to take part in an anonymous diversity survey (without any legal or regulatory obligation) with questions provided by the SRA.  In September 2015, we surveyed our 15 staff, 100% of whom responded.  An overview of the results is below.
