Her antenatal care was provided by Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother Hospital, Margate (QEQM) who informed her that she was carrying twins.

18th June 2019 – Our client, Ms T, brought a clinical negligence claim as a result of the substandard treatment that she received during the delivery of her first child at the Darent Valley Hospital, near Dartford, Kent on 23.06.2016.
HM Coroner has today reached a conclusion in the Inquest into the death of Eileen McAdie that her death was caused by her being given the wrong medication at Payden’s Pharmacy in New Ash Green and that this amounted to neglect.
