4th May 2022 – Our Client, Mrs S, from Canterbury, Kent came to us following the sad loss of her father, Mr C, in August 2019. Mr C had reduced mobility following a discectomy in 2017 and he was therefore largely wheelchair bound. 1st July 2021 – Our client, a 35-year-old woman from London, underwent an emergency C-section delivery of her first child at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Greenwich in October 2018 after a failure to progress in labour. Her operation records stated that her placenta and cord were complete on removal. She recovered well from the procedure and was discharged shortly afterwards.Continue reading this article

16th July 2020 – Our client, Laura Cooke, presented to QEQM on 29.11.2019 with her 5 week old baby, Luchii, who was suffering with a mottled rash, erratic breathing and reduced feeding. He was seen by a junior doctor, diagnosed with bronchiolitis and sent home without treatment. No chest x – ray or blood tests were taken.
