Following the recent Government announcement and measures imposed for a second national lockdown, our office remains open with a skeleton staff and we continue to deal with phone calls and take delivery of post/DX. All other staff are fully operational working from home.
We are still asking clients to not attend our offices and continue to offer remote meetings wherever possible so as to minimise the risk.
We receive most of our communications electronically and recommend that you continue to use email to communicate with us, and that you scan in any documentation you need to share with us and attach it electronically to the email.
We are asking new clients to provide details of their case in the first instance via our website wherever possible.
Please do not attend the offices if you have a high temperature, a new continuous cough and loss or change to your sense of taste and smell. We do reserve the right to take your temperature should we feel it necessary to protect our staff and other visitors to our building.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and are following all relevant Government, WHO & PHE advice/guidance. This will be reviewed as recommendations change and further communications will follow.

16th July 2020 – Our client, Laura Cooke, presented to QEQM on 29.11.2019 with her 5 week old baby, Luchii, who was suffering with a mottled rash, erratic breathing and reduced feeding. He was seen by a junior doctor, diagnosed with bronchiolitis and sent home without treatment. No chest x – ray or blood tests were taken.

9th July 2020 – Our client, a 64-year-old man from Ramsgate, was admitted to QEQM Hospital in Margate having suffered a head injury. Initial investigations were negative for anything of concern and he was discharged a few days later.
