20th January 2021 – We are delighted to announce that Alex Tengroth has been appointed to the specialist Clinical Negligence Panel of solicitors operated by Action against Medical Accidents (‘AvMA’).AvMA is a well-known and hugely respected national charity which champions patient safety and justice. Their mission statement is “..to support people affected by avoidable harm in healthcare; to help them achieve justice; and to promote better patient safety for all”
AvMA describe membership of their panel as having “come to represent an essential quality mark for those clinical negligence practitioners who place clients at the centre of their practice” and that they expect “not only a high standard of legal service from its panel members but practitioners who are prepared to go the extra distance on behalf of their clients”.
Alex is 1 of only 7 solicitors on AvMA’s Clinical Negligence Panel throughout Kent, one of whom is Nick Fairweather so he is the second solicitor to attain panel membership at Fairweathers Solicitors LLP.
Alex commented on his appointment: “I have always firmly believed that the patient / client should be front and centre of everything we do, so I am absolutely delighted to be joining the specialist panel of such a great organisation and I am very much looking forward to working with AvMA in the future.”
