Darren Tamplin has secured a settlement for his client who suffered both physical and psychological injuries as a result of an accident at work. The client who worked for national construction company, Amec, was injured whilst working on a tunnelling project. Following a lengthy wait whilst a parallel criminal prosecution against the company was brought, Darren’s client said that he was pleased that his case had concluded successfully.Darren said:
