5th September 2025 – We are pleased to report that Nick Fairweather has today had his Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel membership renewed for another 3 years.
Nick has enjoyed continuous membership of this specialist panel since way back in 1999 and we believe that he is the longest standing Panel member in Kent.
The accreditation is the Law Society’s recognised quality standard for practitioners representing Claimants in clinical negligence matters.
Panel membership is only granted to genuine specialists in the field applying the most exacting standards both to individual Panel members and the firms that they operate within.
Commenting on being accepted back on to the panel, Nick said:- “It is important that the Law Society operates these accreditation panels to identify for members of the public those who are truly specialists in the different fields of legal practice. I am proud to be a specialist clinical negligence solicitor representing patients and their families in Kent, as a recognised specialist, for more than a quarter of a century now.
The standard is high and demanding and the application process exacting but all this is important to ensure that the panel remains the reserve of true specialists.”
