29th March 2024 – After 13 happy years we finally left our offices at Estuary View today.
Having been able to work entirely remotely since 2018, when we first transitioned to a paperless office environment, our need for office space has decreased over the years, enabling us to make this move to operating within smaller serviced offices combined with home working.
The move took place successfully today following meticulous planning with a special thanks to our Office Manager Tracie Linehan, as always, our Accounts Manager Rebecca Fairweather and all our staff including our Receptionist and recycler extraordinaire Milly Fairweather – assisted by our good friends Mary–Joyce Insaidoo, Deborah Hatton, Steevi Henderson, Jonathan Pitt, Michael Cressey, Dr Rachel Hussey and ADM computing amongst others. Together we managed to find homes for all the excess office furniture and equipment that the move gave rise to – even the Lever Arch Files! – a really important achievement.
Nick Fairweather commented:- “It is a wrench to be leaving Estuary View where we have spent many happy and successful years. But it is the right move for the business as we entrench our position as the local specialist firm for high value clinical negligence claims, practising in this area alone now. Estuary View is the most fantastic space with its beautiful views from the boardroom and I wish the new occupiers all the happiness and success that we have had here”
