15th July 2025 – We are delighted to report that we have successfully completed our AMV2 Lexcel Practice Management Standard audit with another strong performance this year.
The 1 day audit took place remotely again on 7 July 2025.
There were no areas of major non-compliance, only 4 areas of minor non-compliance and 5 suggestions for best practice.
5 areas of good practice were identified in all, where the auditor recognised there was either a diligent approach to complying with the Lexcel requirement or where the minimum Lexcel requirement had been exceeded. These included our thorough file review procedure which evidences the level of care and time taken, and our excellent Google Review score of 4.7/5* from 60 reviews!
Our auditor praised our successful office move which took place last year, allowing more flexible, hybrid working for staff. She also recognised our enhanced IT capabilities and working practices which allow us to work entirely remotely with an excellent infrastructure in place.
Our Office Manager, Tracie Linehan, who led the process, commented: “I am delighted that we have achieved our Lexcel re-accreditation this year. This accreditation demonstrates our commitment to excellence – maintaining our high standards of quality, client care and legal practice management, as well as the dedication and commitment of our team”.
