Stillborn Baby – Case discussed by Nick Fairweather on BBC Radio Kent

There has been a great deal of media interest in this case where Medway Maritime Hospital failed to transfer this Client’s Stillborn baby girl to the mortuary for 6 days.

During this time this baby had not been placed in a cold cot.

It was later identified, in a Hospital-led investigation, that this was not the only family who had been affected and that the policies for dealing with stillborn babies were inadequate or in large part non-existent.

Below the video shows BBC Radio Kent’s Coverage of the Case including contributions by Nick Fairweather, CEO and Medical Negligence Solicitor at Fairweathers Solicitors LLP.
