Our Employment Specialist Neil Robertson has been touring local Citizen Advice Bureau with an informative Employment Lecture Series.
Neil started his tour with a packed Thanet CAB audience in February – where he gave a talk on identifying Wrongful and Unfair Dismissal, how to identify Discrimination and Harassment and ‘exceptions to the one year rule’.He was then asked to provide the same Lecture to Herne Bay CAB in March and has since followed this up with a full day’s presentation to Maidstone CAB in May.
Neil’s last Lecture (to date), also in May, was closer to home with the Canterbury CAB, where his talk also addressed settlement issues including conciliation through ACAS.
He is currently arranging to visit further CABs in Kent over the coming months.
