A sample of the Mental Health department’s files were reviewed by the Legal Services Commission Peer Review earlier this month. The files were scrutinised over a three day period and assessed against a number of different criteria.Following this review the firm were notified that we have been rated a category of 1 (Excellence), the highest possible rating.
The Peer Review report listed a number of positive findings in particular noting that “all advisors were obviously extremely competent in this field and offer thorough and accurate advice to clients”.
There were no major areas of concern identified.
Gemma Purt, Mental Health Supervisor said “I am delighted by this result. The Mental Health team are committed to the work that they undertake and giving our clients the best possible service. This result reflects the hard work that is put in to each and every case.”
