We are pleased to announce that, following an extensive out of office, then all day office based, audit, on 23rd June, we have once again been successful in retaining our Law Society Lexcel Practice Management Standard accreditation.
This year, the independent external auditor identified 12 areas of good practice covering areas such as our strategic plan, pro-bono work, monthly cash flow monitoring, the effective use of training during staff meetings, our key date and file review procedures and the organisation of individual files.
Lexcel covers practice management and client care standards over seven areas:- business structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care and, file and case management.
