We are pleased to announce that Fairweathers’ Personal Injury Department has teamed up with the Law Society endorsed Accident Line scheme, as of 1st October 2008.This scheme provides after the event insurance for personal injury cases being funded by a no-win no-fee agreement (CFA).
This allows accident victims to pursue their cases without the risk that they will be responsible for costs. The scheme even covers all expenses and the insurance premium itself.
