2nd October 2019 – Here at Fairweathers, we have once again held our annual Fairweathers Bake Off in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support’s Coffee Morning.
Our talented staff created a fine selection of delicious bakes (and some fakes!) on the day, adding a savoury selection this year. Friends and neighbours of Fairweathers came to sample these delights and kindly contributed.
Staff overwhelmingly nominated Francesca Beach (for the second year running!) for the Star Baker award for her impressive chocolate and hazelnut fudge cake – well done Fran!
A grand total of £130.80 was raised on the day and this amount is once again matched by the firm, so £261.60 will be donated to this very worthwhile cause.
