On the first meeting we were given all of the information on the procedures of the case in documented format. Each of the documents were verbally explained highlighting the pros, cons and costs. Following this there was a question and answer session where highlighted intricacies were further explained until a full understanding had been achieved. The only limit set on these enquiries was that the documentation had been fully understood by ourselves. In general there was a feeling of dealing with somebody that had the experience and cared.
