At all times during the process we were treated with the dignity and respect warranted by the situation. On the first meeting we were given all of the information on the procedures of the case in documented format. Each of the documents were verbally explained highlighting the pros, cons and costs. Following this there was a question and answer session where highlighted intricacies were further explained until a full understanding had been achieved.
